Different "chips" in the arrowhead  The right fletching on the small triangle sashes 10A & 10B are similar to the fletching's on large triangle sashes.

This 8/1954 photo shows the Lodge 12 delegation en route to the 1954 NOAC. The Vigil (second from the left) is wearing a small triangle felt Vigil sash. When he received Vigil is unknown but this sash was in use before the 1954 NOAC.

Only half of the shaft on the left is visable. In Type 11 sashes you can see two distinct parts of the shaft.

This sash is different. It’s not a one piece or two piece shaft. At first glance I thought it was a two piece shaft where the red ink had just obscured the right side of the shaft. On closer inspection the arrowhead and fletching are different from other sashes.
